These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LATIVA TV+ streaming platform, operated by New Latino Media, Inc. dba LATIVA TV+ (“LATIVA TV+,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using LATIVA TV+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Overview of Service
LATIVA TV+ provides on-demand and live-streaming video content through our website, mobile apps, and connected devices (the “Service”). Access to the Service requires a valid subscription.
2. Account and Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use LATIVA TV+.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• LATIVA TV+ is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared or resold.
3. Subscription and Billing
• The LATIVA TV+ subscription costs $8 per month (USD).
• Subscriptions automatically renew every month until canceled by the user.
• You authorize LATIVA TV+ to charge your selected payment method each billing cycle.
• Prices may change with notice; continued use after notice means you accept the new price.
4. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your LATIVA TV+ account and following the cancellation steps in your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access to LATIVA TV+ until your billing cycle ends.
5. No Refund Policy
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• LATIVA TV+ does not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused periods, or promotional offers.
• If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and no refund will be issued for any remaining days.
6. Content and Availability
• LATIVA TV+ may add, remove, or modify content at any time without notice.
• Some content may not be available in all regions or devices.
• Streaming quality may vary depending on your device, internet connection, and location.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Copy, record, or redistribute LATIVA TV+ content.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security features or access without authorization.
• Engage in activity that interferes with LATIVA TV+ operations or other users.
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on LATIVA TV+, including videos, logos, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by New Latino Media, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LATIVA TV+ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
LATIVA TV+ may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
LATIVA TV+ may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
